Our Manufacturing Unit is featured with state of the art machinery and tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flawless and superior grade of the range of products. We upgrade and maintain our machinery in order to ensure smooth production process. Highly experienced and skillful personnel man these manufacturing unit and prevent any loss or damage to the machinery and tools of manumitting.

We are proud to have installed highly technical and effective machinery like a semi-automatic machines with a capacity of 2,000 S.ft. productions per shift. Our second unit that in Madurai, is facilitated with fully automatic machines with a capacity of 5,000 S.ft productions per shift, both for Conventional and Designer (Reflective) Paver, to augment the production process.

Our R&D personnel mainly focus their research activities on the new developments in the markets, and customer preferences, thus augment better manufacturing process and enhancement of the existing product range.

The Warehouse is capacious and well equipped to house the bulk stocks and other materials in a safe and secured way. The warehouse is well equipped with all the modern amenities to ensure we store all the products systematically and separately to avoid any confusion during identification and retrieve of the products. The unit is kept clean and maintained well to ensure it is free from any harmful elements like pests, rodents, fungal growth, to ensure the safety of our products. We have appointed security and supervision personnel to take care of the stocks and prevent any material mismanagement of the same. The close proximity of our warehouse to the means of transport ensures the swift and safe delivery of our consignment within the stipulated time frame.

We have employed highly experienced and professional packing experts to undertake packaging of our range of products. We ensure to use only high grade packing material to do the packing and which adhere to industrial norms. Our range is packed in a safe and secure manner in customized packing solutions to prevent any damage or wear during transit to ensure they reach intact to the customer destination.
